Law on Sub-national Fiscal Regime & Property
Based on the Law on Public Finance System, the Law on Sub-National Fiscal Regime and Property Management, which was adopted by the National Assembly on May 11 and the Senate on May 31, 2011, aims to determine the financial regime and property management of sub-national administrations in Cambodia. It aims to create sources of finance for the sub-national administrations to have sufficient ability to carry out their local development, and has its scope of operation over the financial regime and property management of the administrations of capital, province, municipality, district and Khan. The law, however, does not cover the operation of the financial regime and property management of the administrations of commune and Sangkat. This law can be downloaded from:
