Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP)
The strategy to reform Cambodia’s public financial management systems has been developed by the MEF and endorsed by the Prime Minister on June 30, 2004. The detailed reform programs adopted by the Royal Government that outline its objectives, activities, and milestones can be downloaded below.

Public Procurement

Public procurement has been an area of focus in PFMRP from phase I through phase II, as indicated in Platform one's objective 14. The Law on Public Procurement adopted by the National Assembly and Senate and promulgated by the King in January 2012.
